Nicholsons are looking for a Sales Lettings & Property Management Administrator. Previous experience would be an advantage.

The job role:

Based at our Scarborough office , your primary role will be to arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and arrange market appraisals for properties. Deal with sales lettings & property management enquiries.

You will work alongside members of the team with various aspects of our property services including:

Liaising with third parties such as solicitors, surveyors and contractors. Organising property viewings and valuations Registering and managing applicants. Arrange property management repairs for sales, lettings & property management Maintaining regular contact with vendors/Landlords and provide feedback on all viewings in a friendly and professional manner. Ability to negotiate offers, agree sales and manage their progression. Deal with sales, lettings & property management enquiries, and sales and lettings processing. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities

Requirements

- Must have a valid UK driving licence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
