Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Utilise Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and tracking sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies that drive sales growth.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Drive to client locations as necessary for meetings or presentations, ensuring timely follow-up on leads.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales role or similar position is preferred.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
Proficient in IT applications, particularly Microsoft Excel; familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
