The Role:



As a

Sales & Loyalty Advisor

, you'll be at the heart of our customer journey--converting new leads, retaining existing customers, and making a real impact every day. You'll work across calls, emails, and live chat to promote our smart home security solutions and help people feel safe in their homes.

What You'll Do:



Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

To answer incoming calls and make proactive outbound calls to convert to sales and retain our customers within agreed service standards Stay ahead of the game with strong product and competitor knowledge Achievement of targets and KPIs whilst maintaining high Quality standards Enhance the customer experience through acting on Trustpilot reviews, NPS and CSAT Takes ownership for personal development areas in order to achieve objectives, using the support of line manager/L&D if required Provide feedback to help us improve--your voice matters Identifies and encourages behaviour that supports the company values Prompt investigation, assisting in the prevention of fraud, recording and management of problems reported by customers/Advisors, reporting back to the management team when required
