An energetic role for someone who enjoys talking to people, supporting sales activity and helping deliver outstanding events for clients in the tech and non-profit sectors. We're committed to fair, inclusive hiring and ask that all applicants are eligible to work in the UK.
What you'll be doing -- key responsibilities
Actively support the sales team with campaigns and follow-up on warm leads to generate bookings for events.
Prepare sales materials, proposals and event information packs for prospective and returning customers.
Support the delivery of events: attendee registration, sponsor liaison, upsell opportunities and on-the-day hospitality.
Assist with research to identify potential sponsors, exhibitors and partners in the tech and non-profit sectors.
Work with the events and marketing teams to coordinate contracts, invoices and basic post-event reporting.
Meet individual and team sales targets, and contribute ideas for improving conversion and attendee experience.
Who we're looking for -- qualifications & skills
Experience in a sales, customer service or events support role (6 months+ preferred) -- enthusiasm and a can-do attitude matter most.
Excellent communication skills -- able to build rapport by phone and email.
Comfortable working to targets and following up methodically with prospects.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work occasional evenings and event days as required.
A polite, customer-facing demeanour and the ability to remain calm during busy events.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred but not essential -- we welcome applicants from varied backgrounds.
Benefits
25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata for part-time).
Flexible working options where operationally possible and supported by the team.
Paid training, paid event days and opportunities for progression into senior sales or event management roles.
Friendly, collaborative team based in Liverpool with exposure to national clients in tech and charity sectors.
