We're looking for a seasoned Sales & Business Development Manager to grow our Optical Sensors and Systems portfolio. This is your chance to shape strategic partnerships, drive innovation, and make a real impact in high-tech industries.
Responsibilities:
Lead sales and business development for optical sensors and systems in Aerospace, Defense, and Commercial sectors. Build and execute strategic account plans to expand market share. Manage a robust pipeline from first contact to contract award. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Provide market insights to guide product strategy. Represent OSI Optoelectronics at key industry events. Forecast monthly sales and exceed ambitious targets

Qualifications:

A strong background with 10 years in technical sales, account management, or business development within the Aerospace and/or defense sector and photonics markets. Strong understanding of optical components (especially optical sensors) and their applications in commercial and defense systems. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. A results-driven approach with the ability to work independently. BSc required in Engineering, or Physics. MSc preferred.

Travel

This role will require the successful candidate to travel nationally and internationally.
