Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to a first-in-market SaaS product.
Build and manage a small but high-performing sales team, including recruiting, coaching and mentoring.
Establish scalable sales processes and playbooks for outbound and inbound leads.
Collaborate with the founders, Product and Marketing teams to refine value propositions and go-to-market approach.
Leverage CRM and sales automation tools to manage pipeline, track activities and forecast accurately.
Gather and share customer insights with product teams to influence product roadmap and features.
Manage partnership outreach and relationships.
Represent the company at industry events, host webinars and participate in other networking opportunities.
Requirements:
Significant sales experience in SaaS, with at least 3 years in a leadership or team lead role
Strong understanding of SaaS business models.
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and sales automation tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable wearing multiple hats and building processes from scratch.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup culture.
