Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect and acquire new clients across both B2B (architects, construction firms, developers) and B2C (private homeowners) sectors.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and cold outreach to closing deals and managing handover to the project team.
Consult with clients to understand their needs, propose optimal solutions, and prepare detailed quotations and technical proposals with support from our head office engineering team.
Conduct compelling product presentations for potential partners and clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Conduct market and competitor analysis in the South of England to inform our strategy.
Play a key role in shaping the commercial strategy for the UK market.

# The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A proven track record in sales, ideally within the construction, glazing, fenestration, or building materials industry.
Full professional proficiency in both English and Russian or Ukrainian(mandatory for seamless communication with our head office).
A strong understanding of the UK construction market, its standards, and building regulations.
A self-starter attitude: highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.
A full UK driving licence and own vehicle for travel to client sites.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
