Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organisational targets Lead, motivate, and supervise the team to optimise performance and productivity Manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer base Oversee merchandising activities to ensure visual standards align with brand guidelines Conduct regular team meetings to communicate objectives, provide training, and foster a collaborative environment Coordinate with marketing and administrative departments to support promotional campaigns and operational efficiency Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and professional communication at all times Organise schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely achievement of sales goals

Qualifications

Proven management experience within retail or sales environments, with supervisory responsibilities Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively Excellent organisational skills with adept time management abilities Demonstrable experience in merchandising, sales management, and administrative tasks Proficiency in organisational tools and software relevant to sales operations Previous experience in retail management or similar roles is preferred Experience Preferred
