Sales Manager
to drive growth and manage key relationships across the UK.
As
Sales Manager
, you'll be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and achieving sales targets across our land-based gaming portfolio. This is a customer-facing role requiring a deep understanding of the UK retail gambling market and a consultative sales approach. The position will report into the Director of Sales.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across casinos, AGCs, betting shops, and licensed venues
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers
Promote and sell gaming machines, cabinets, and supporting technology
Attend industry events, trade shows, and on-site meetings with operators across the UK
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Compliance) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Report on market trends, competitor activity, and sales pipeline
Must Haves
Proven track record in
B2B sales
within the
UK land-based gambling
or gaming machine sector
Network of contacts within retail gambling operators (e.g., casinos, AGCs, etc)
Self-starter with excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with regular UK-wide travel and with overnight stays, occasional overseas travel may be required
Commercially astute with the ability to close deals and exceed targets
Full UK driving licence
Nice To Haves
Knowledge of UKGC regulations and compliance in the land-based environment
Experience with CAT C/B1/B3 gaming machines
The base salary is offered in addition to a commission structure.
