Summary


We are recruiting a

Sales Manager

for Curtis Toyota Ballymena. This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for driving retail and used-car performance, supporting Motability customers, and leading a motivated sales team. The successful candidate will help us maintain our reputation for honesty, value and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities



Lead, coach and support the sales team to achieve targets and maintain high customer-satisfaction scores. Oversee all new, used, and Motability sales activity within the Ballymena site. Manage day-to-day operations including enquiry handling, stock management, pricing, and presentation standards. Deliver a consistent, customer-first experience in line with Toyota standards. Build strong customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. Analyse market trends, competitor activity and local demand to identify sales opportunities. Work collaboratively with the aftersales team to ensure a seamless customer journey. Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and compliance across all sales processes.

Qualifications



Proven experience in automotive sales or sales management (Toyota or franchise experience advantageous). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a small sales team. Confident communicator with excellent customer-handling skills. Strong organisational ability with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Ability to plan, monitor and adapt sales strategies in a fast-moving environment. Motability knowledge is desirable but training can be provided. Full UK driving licence required.
