managing web leads from MAB's website and microsites, ensuring all leads and clients are treated with the utmost care and attention

recruiting both advisers and new lead sources to grow the business pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Performance Management
Lead and inspire a team of Mortgage Advisers to achieve monthly and annual
written and banked business targets
across mortgages and protection.
Set clear goals, expectations, and accountability frameworks to ensure consistent delivery.
Foster a high-performance culture through recognition, motivation, and results tracking.
Coaching & Development
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and mentoring to advisers, focusing on sales quality, customer experience, and conversion improvement.
Conduct call listening, file reviews, and structured one-to-one meetings to identify development needs and drive continuous improvement.
Lead by example through a customer-first approach and strong commercial awareness.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience leading and growing a team of Mortgage Advisers or Financial Consultants.
Experience in recruitment and developing referral or lead generation sources.
Strong understanding of the mortgage and protection markets.
Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
Analytical and data-driven with strong commercial awareness.
