Filler Warehouse a leading Aesthetics Wholesale Company and the exclusive licence holder for Teofil Dermal Filler a New UK Brand and Infini Premium Filler Brand which have both recently hit the UK Aesthetics Market. We are looking for a Sales Manager to increase the Sales across the company and development the current sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow a team and develop the current team to increase the company revenue.
Role:
Learn our business sales process to the highest standard and lead by example to the Sales Team
Lead the Sales Team ensuring the sales process is being performed across the team to the highest standard
Reinforce process and standards on an ongoing basis, training and developing the team to ensure sales process is being followed correctly
Provide feedback to the sales team, individually and as a team to improve the sales process across the business
Manage your own customers and win new business hands on and lead by example
Analyse data on a regular basis in order to provide sales team direction in order to maximise sales opportunities
Conduct industry research in order to stay on top of the competition
Conduct weekly / monthly team meetings and monthly one to ones
Hold the team and individuals accountable to ongoing goals and projects
Attend client meetings in order to increase client relationships and new opportunities
Provide daily / weekly / monthly data to company owners on own and team progress
Provide new sales training to the team where required on team or individual basis
Review team weekly plans and weekly reports and provide feedback
Share any new ideas to the company owners on how to increase sales across the business

Must be able to drive and commute to Filler Warehouse - Nantwich
Good knowledge of CRM Systems, IT, Outlook and Excell.
Very approachable for team members with excellent communication and listening skills
Able to work under pressure and meet company goals
Good with analysing data and creating projects
Experience of dealing with challenging situations within a team
You must be able to demonstrate you have grown a team and have strong results with good references. This is a great opportunity to join a growing industry and leading business in our field.
