Job Description

B & S Forklifts are seeking a sales Manager to join our team at B&S Forklifts. In this role you will be pivotal in driving business grown by developing relationships with new clients and maintaining existing clients, which will expand our market presence. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and revenue targets and also our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.

We are looking for an experienced Salesperson to work with us visiting businesses to identify any material handling needs.

The Company

B & S Forklifts are based in Billingham and with many years' experience in the industry, the company contracts, sells, buys, hires and repairs forklifts trucks and all other associated materials handling equipment.

The Role

Identify and pursue new opportunities to give measurable growth.

Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

Prepare and deliver compelling quotes and presentations to potential clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

Negotiate and close deals effectively.

Communicate with our contract hire finance company.

Collaborate with our Service manager to ensure a seamless aftersales service delivery.

Report sales figures on a monthly basis to the directors of the company.

Effectively manage the company's assets.

Skills & Experience

Experience of direct selling.

Self-generate sales opportunities.

Are engaging, a great influencer and totally driven.

Proven experience in sales and business development, preferable in MHE or a related.

Strong understanding of lead generation techniques.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Excellent skills in Microsoft office.

A proactive approach to problem solving and customer service.

Be able to overcome objections.

Build relationships with each customer.

Must have a full driving licence.

The successful candidate will receive training on company procedures and an introduction to clients.

Salary:

34,950.00 + Commission
