Make a difference as a Sales Manager



?
As NST Sales Manager, you'll lead the charge in driving revenue and margin growth, shaping our sales strategy, and setting a clear direction that empowers the team to succeed. You'll create the conditions for high performance - aligning the team with business goals and building a culture that supports development, motivation, and results.

You'll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance and IT to strengthen the sales journey, improve operational efficiency, and deliver a consistently excellent customer experience. From onboarding new customers to retaining existing ones, you'll ensure the team is equipped to deliver at every stage.

You'll also lead on competitor insight - using data to inform decisions, stay ahead of the market, and adapt strategies to keep us competitive. With a strong commercial mindset, you'll spot opportunities to grow customer relationships, drive smart promotions, and inspire the team with incentives that fuel long-term success.

Is this you?



?

Experience in inbound & outbound sales strategies and managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Led a sales team that consistently achieved sales targets over time and drove sales of new products or services, resulting in market expansion and customer engagement. Successful implementation of business development strategies that resulted in significant market expansion or revenue growth. Demonstrated ability to create and nurture strategic partnerships that contributed to business growth and market presence. Market analysis: Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, enabling informed decision-making. Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture that drives results. Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, stakeholders, partners, and internal teams.
