We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and mentor our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and analysing market trends to enhance our competitive position. PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Strategy Development
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet company objectives and capitalize on new market opportunities.
Lead and mentor Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, and Sales Administrators to achieve sales targets, conducting performance reviews and providing ongoing training and development.
Client Relationship Management
Guide Account Managers in building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships, ensuring the delivery of tailored IT, cyber, and ERP solutions like Sage and NetSuite.
Oversee the management of key accounts and personally handle high-stakes clients or escalations.
Negotiation & Collaboration
Lead high-level negotiations, close deals with key clients, and ensure all contracts align with company policies and profitability goals.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, ensuring a seamless client experience.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
5+ years of experience in sales management, ideally in IT services, ERP systems, or cybersecurity.
Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of the ERP market and IT solutions.
Experience in leading and managing a sales team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
