Sales Manager

Job Description
Northern Trade Windows have been established over 30 years. We are looking for a sales manager to lead our team! As well as a basic salary, the role will include a monthly bonus based on performance and sales targets, with potential bonuses worth 3k a month.
Duties:
Qualifying enquiries and booking home sales visits Managing a small sales force Communicate with customers to resolve issues and ensure high-quality service Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer experience Liaise with our engineers and installations department After care sales
Requirements:
- IT and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
- Effective problem-solving skills
