Mazuma is seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our sales function and drive our ambitious growth plans. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll be responsible for building, developing, and inspiring a high-performing sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
As Sales Manager, you'll take ownership of our entire sales operation, leading a team of New Business Executives and Sales Team Leader to generate new business through strategic outreach activity. This role demands a dynamic leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing the day-to-day activities of an inside B2B sales team
Leading the sales function, ensuring that monthly and quarterly sales targets are met or exceeded
Responsible for identifying new business opportunities and executing sales led campaigns into our prospect base.
Designing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Monitoring team performance, providing coaching and feedback to improve results
Analysing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Collaborating with cross-functional departments to align on sales strategies and objectives.
What We're Looking For
This role requires someone with experience managing and coaching high performing B2B inside sales teams
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced sales environment (contact centre or sales floor)
Demonstrated success in building, managing, and driving performance with sales teams
Track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Experience collaborating across departments to maximize customer experience and sales outcomes
Strong team-building capabilities
