Are you a natural connector with a passion for driving new business?
We're looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the charge at the iconic Mercure Brighton Seafront Hotel. If you thrive on building strong networks, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into commercial success, this is your moment.
Who are we?
At Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, we're part of a global powerhouse in hotel management. We work with some of the world's most recognised brands - from Hilton and Marriott to IHG and Accor - and we're proud to bring people-first hospitality to life across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
Why join us?
As part of the Aimbridge family, you'll enjoy global career opportunities, industry-leading training, and generous hotel discounts across our portfolio - including up to 50% off food, beverage, and spa treatments. You'll also have access to Wagestream, enabling you to draw down up to 40% of your pay as you earn it, alongside a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme, flexible working options, and lucrative sales referral schemes.
What you'll be doing
As Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our hotel's commercial success. Your role will involve identifying and converting new business opportunities, building strong relationships across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments, and representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings. You'll collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver compelling sales strategies, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and report on performance and pipeline to senior leadership.
This is a role for someone who lives and breathes networking - someone who knows how to open doors, build trust, and close deals.
What we're looking for
You'll bring proven sales experience, ideally within hospitality or a service-led industry, and be a confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills. A natural relationship-builder, you'll thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, while remaining organised and detail-oriented. Collaboration is key, so you'll work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver results. Above all, you'll be passionate about hospitality and committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
