We are seeking a committed, professional, and inspirational leader who can motivate a high-performing sales department and take full ownership of its continued success. You will lead a well-structured team comprising Sales Executives, a Transaction Manager, Sales Progressors, and an Administration team.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to consistently meet and exceed business objectives Develop, implement, and maintain effective sales processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Support customers directly by second-facing and assisting with deal closures when required Create and deliver individual development plans to support team members in achieving personal and professional goals Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship Analyse sales performance data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events Ensure efficient use of time and resources through effective planning and organisation Maintain high standards of communication and phone etiquette with customers and internal teams Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for senior management Communicate confidently and professionally with senior leadership and manufacturer partners Demonstrate a sound understanding of basic accounting principles and accurate forecasting

Requirements



Proven management experience within a retail or sales environment; ideally currently operating as a Sales Manager Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritise effectively Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; additional languages are an advantage A proven track record of sales success and implementing strategies that drive revenue growth Professional, approachable demeanour with strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to 80,000.00 per year
