The Role
We're looking for an experienced
Sales Manager
to join our leadership team and help shape the next stage of Airnow Technologies growth.This is a hands-on role. You'll lead from the front, managing your own accounts while coaching, developing and energising a growing sales team of 10.You won't be micromanaging. You'll be setting structure, creating momentum, and bringing clarity, helping good people become great.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop an existing sales team, with a strong focus on structure, energy and performance
Act as a player-manager, managing your own portfolio of customers and opportunities
Build long-term, trusted customer relationships, not short-term wins
Support both new business and account management activity
Help recruit, onboard and develop future sales talent as the team grows
Work closely with leadership to refine sales processes, forecasting and strategy
Be a visible, positive presence in the business, especially on office days
What We're Looking For
This is essential:
Proven experience working within an IT reseller / VAR environment
Experience managing or mentoring salespeople in a commercial setting
And ideally, you'll also bring:
A natural coaching mindset, you enjoy developing people, not just hitting numbers
Strong commercial awareness with a relationship-led approach to sales
Energy, positivity and professionalism, you lift the room, not drain it
The ability to bring structure without bureaucracy
