Associate Director / Sales Manager

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm and 1 in 3 Saturday 10am - 4pm

Role Overview:

As an Associate Sales Director / Sales Manager at Chestertons, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maintaining our market-leading position. You will be responsible for managing a team, client relationships, and ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met. This is an exciting opportunity contribute to the continued success of our Canary Wharf branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the PCL market. Foster and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, investors, and key stakeholders. Provide expert advice to clients regarding the local property market and investment opportunities. Work closely with other departments (lettings, marketing, etc.) to deliver a seamless service to clients. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and development to enhance skills and sales results. Represent Chestertons at networking events, industry functions, and client meetings. Contribute to the development of Chestertons' brand and reputation in Canary Wharf and beyond.

Skills and Experience Required:

Extensive experience in high-end residential property sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Previous experience managing or leading a sales team, with a hands-on approach to leadership. Deep knowledge of the London property market, especially the Canary Wharf area. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting relationships. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. * Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems.
