Due to ongoing group expansion, we're looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our successful dealership team in Cannock.

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Sales side of the business. You will focus on achieving and exceeding targets whilst ensuring each customer receives outstanding customer service, while controlling and improving the day to day running of the department. It is important that you maximise commercial opportunities through monitoring and evaluating customer needs and competitor activity in the local market, ensuring campaigns are relevant and targeted.



Brindley Group Managers work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About the role

Lead, motivate and support a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction. Drive performance across new and used car sales, finance, and add-on products. Monitor performance metrics, stock management, and customer retention strategies. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and maintain the highest standards of professionalism. Drive Social media content with the sales team Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Brindley Group through effective leadership and a hands-on management style.

Candidate requirements

Proven experience in automotive sales management or a senior sales role within a dealership. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering results. A commitment to providing the very best customer experience. Have a keen interest in social media and understand the need within the motor trade
