Sales Manager
who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and is comfortable working on the road. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management, with a proven track record of achieving targets and developing effective sales strategies. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a keen understanding of market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Growth Strategy
Lead and implement strategic initiatives to drive company growth and market expansion.
Identify emerging markets and opportunities to grow Choice Textile's footprint.
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Proactively generate and qualify high-quality leads through research, networking, and outreach.
Maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline through disciplined prospecting.
New Business Acquisition
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and partnerships.
Drive revenue growth by converting prospects into long-term clients.
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Foster strong, trust-based relationships that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Customer Retention
Develop and execute strategies to retain existing clients and increase repeat business.
Address client needs proactively and resolve any issues with professionalism.
Customer-Facing Engagement (On the Road)
Travel regularly to meet with clients in person, both locally and regionally.
Conduct site visits, product presentations, and relationship-building meetings.
Act as a brand ambassador, delivering excellent service and representing the company professionally at all times.
Event Representation & Presentations
Attend and represent Choice Textile at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on results.
