The Role



As

Sales Manager

, you will spearhead the hotel's commercial activity, driving sales performance across corporate, MICE, leisure, spa, and events. You will lead the sales team, nurture key accounts, and shape initiatives that position the hotel competitively within the regional and national market.

You will work closely with the General Manager and collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment with profitability targets and brand direction.

Key Responsibilities



Implement and lead a commercial sales strategy aligned with revenue objectives. Manage and motivate the sales team, driving achievement across all segments. Grow B2B and B2C sales, including corporate, conference & events, groups, and leisure. Build strong client relationships and secure new business pipelines. Partner with marketing to develop campaigns, brand partnerships, and high-conversion promotions. Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Evaluate market trends, competitor behaviour, and booking patterns to guide strategy. Collaborate with the Revenue Manager on pricing and distribution decisions. Produce monthly performance reports, forecasts, and insight-led recommendations.

About You



We are looking for a commercially sharp, relationship-focused leader who thrives in a hotel sales environment.

You will ideally bring:

Proven experience in a senior hotel sales role ,Sales Manager experience is mandatory. Strong performance history in driving revenue and exceeding targets. Leadership capability with coaching and team development experience. Strategic mindset and exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Knowledge of corporate, MICE and leisure markets. Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting dashboards, and distribution platforms.
