Riviera Automotive Seeks Dynamic General Manager to Lead Our Success!

We are searching for a driven and experienced General Manager to take the helm and guide our company to even greater heights. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our operations, from sales and marketing to customer service and financial management.

What You'll Do:

Foster a positive and motivated work environment for a diverse team. Develop and implement winning sales and marketing strategies to grow market share and revenue. Lead and coach the sales team, setting targets and achieving ambitious goals. Ensure the financial health of the company through budgeting, cost optimization, and responsible financial practices. Prioritise exceptional customer service and develop strategies to build customer satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments. Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all employees. Represent Riviera Automotive at industry events, community functions, and other external engagements.

What You Bring:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the automotive industry. Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, and customer service. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent financial acumen and budgeting experience. A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to excellence.
