Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Sales Manager (Contractor) to drive brick sales and build lasting client relationships. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a solid network in the construction industry, and a passion for green building solutions. The position is full time and performance based.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target clients in the property development, construction, and architecture sectors
Promote earth4Earth's carbon-negative bricks and sustainability credentials
Generate and convert leads into successful sales
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share
Represent earth4Earth at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events
Provide regular sales updates, forecasts, and market insights
Coordinate with internal teams on production, logistics, and marketing alignment
Key Requirements
Working Hours: Approx. 37.5 hours per week
The Company shall pay the Contractor a fixed monthly base fee ranging from 1,200 to 2,400, depending on the agreed level of service and scope of work.
In addition to the base fee, the Contractor shall be entitled to a sales commission as follows:
10% on the first 20,000 of net monthly sales
15% on any net monthly sales exceeding 20,000
A monthly commission cap of 6,000 shall apply
The monthly commission cap may be reviewed and adjusted by mutual agreement in writing for special campaigns.
Commission shall be calculated based on net revenue, defined as total sales after applying any discounts, returns, or refunds.
Commission payments shall be calculated monthly and paid by the 15th of the following month, upon receipt of a valid invoice from the Contractor.
Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within construction, building materials, or sustainability sectors
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly organised, proactive, and results-driven
Passionate about sustainable construction and net-zero initiatives
An existing network in the construction or property development industry is a strong advantage
Contract Terms
Contract-based, non-permanent position
Compensation includes fixed fee and commission based on performance
Flexible working arrangement (remote or hybrid, depending on preference)
