earth4Earth Technology Ltd is a fast-growing clean-tech company developing carbon-negative construction materials.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and design-oriented Architectural Sales Executive to promote our sustainable brick products to architects, developers, and specifiers across the UK.
This role focuses on building long-term relationships with architectural and design practices, increasing product awareness, securing project specifications, and contributing to the company's commercial growth in the sustainable construction market.
1. Duties and responsibilities
Architect & Designer Engagement
Identify and engage with architectural practices, developers, and design consultancies that prioritise sustainability and low-carbon design.
Conduct CPD presentations, lunch-and-learn sessions, and studio visits to introduce earth4Earth products.
Support architects with EPDs, technical data sheets, and sample requests.
Sales Development
Build and manage a strong pipeline of design-led projects where earth4Earth products can be specified.
Track opportunities from concept through to construction, working closely with internal commercial and technical teams.
Provide quotations and coordinate product deliveries or trials.
Market & Relationship Development
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to promote the earth4Earth brand.
Maintain relationships with key specifiers, contractors, and sustainability consultants.
Gather design feedback to help shape new product formats, colours, and performance improvements.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including project status, contacts, and specification progress.
Provide weekly updates summarising outreach activity, meetings, and next steps.
2. Skills & Experience
Experience in architectural sales, specification, or design-led business development, ideally within building materials or construction products.
Strong communication and presentation skills, confident engaging with architects, developers, and design teams.
Familiarity with RIBA stages, specification processes, and sustainability accreditation systems (e.g., BREEAM, LEED, PAS 2080).
Passion for sustainable construction and innovative low-carbon materials.
Ability to work independently with a proactive, self-motivated attitude

Pay: Up to 36,000.00 per year
