Sales Manager - Coach & Bus Services

Location: Coventry CV6 4AF

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 + Bonus

Hours: Full-time, Permanent

We're a well-established coach and bus company looking for a Sales Manager to drive sales performance, manage client accounts, and help us grow our customer base.

What You'll Do

Manage both inbound and outbound sales calls to maximise business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Handle quotations, bookings, and account follow-ups to ensure excellent service Achieve and exceed KPIs and sales targets Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the coach and transport sector Work closely with the operations team to ensure a smooth delivery of services
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer service Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Target-driven and self-motivated with a proactive attitude Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential -- full training will be provided
