Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales plans to increase occupancy, revenue, and market penetration. Build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event organisers. Identify new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group markets. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges. Negotiate contracts and manage key accounts to ensure profitability and client satisfaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional and partnership campaigns. Ensure effective coordination between sales, revenue management, and operations. Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance visibility.

Requirements

Proven experience as a

Sales Manager

or in a senior hotel sales role. Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills. In-depth understanding of hospitality sales and revenue management principles. Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and reporting skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
