Role Description
We're seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in trade or retail environments who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.
You'll be responsible for driving sales performance and supporting team development. This role is ideal for someone with experience in sales and team leadership within a fast-paced environment who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets
Provide outstanding service to all customers across various channels.
Drive product promotions and increase profitability
Manage outbound calls and customer engagement strategies
Monitor performance and support training needs
Maintain stock availability and manage supplier relationships
Oversee cash handling, compliance, and operational procedures
Support opening/closing and ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a sales & leadership role
Strong commercial awareness
Merchant experience
Knowledge of plumbing and heating is beneficial
Excellent communication and team management abilities
Organised, proactive, and confident in decision-making
Comfortable working in a hands-on, customer-facing environment
Knowledge of stock control and warehouse operations is a plus

Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
