Your Role

As Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our Ellesmere Port location. You'll:

Lead and inspire your team to exceed sales targets Drive store revenue through smart planning and execution Deliver outstanding customer experiences and build brand loyalty Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally Ensure compliance with UK vape regulations (training provided) Coordinate staffing and scheduling with HR Collaborate with marketing on local campaigns Train staff on product knowledge and upselling techniques Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and performance metrics
Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a confident, experienced manager who brings:

4-5 years of retail management experience (vape industry preferred) Proven success in meeting sales targets and KPIs Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills Knowledge of vape products, compliance, and customer trends Flexibility to work weekends and holidays Proficiency in POS systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
