We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team . This role requires an individual to generate new business opportunities by identifying, targeting, and securing new clients. They will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle--from prospecting to closing deals--to drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the utilities sector (gas, electricity, or dual fuel), excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to team leadership and service delivery.
Duties
Identify and research potential new clients and market segments
Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and events
Qualify prospects and understand their needs
Develop tailored proposals and pitch presentations
Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
Drive upselling and account growth
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on messaging and opportunities
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity records in CRM
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity
