Sales Manager- (Telesales, Customer Service & Sales Admin Teams)



We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager to lead and energise our Telesales, Customer Service, and Sales Administration teams. This is a full-time office-based role reporting directly to the Chief Sales Officer, ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive performance, improve service quality, and transform team dynamics.



To be successful you must have:



Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the foodservice, wholesale, or food-oriented retail sector.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and transform team culture.

Excellent communication, coaching, and performance management capabilities.

Commercially minded with a focus on results, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Able to work independently, take initiative, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Responsibilities of the role:

Lead, coach, and motivate the Telesales, Customer Service, and Sales Admin teams to achieve sales and service excellence.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer retention, and enhance service delivery.

Monitor team performance, set clear KPIs, and ensure accountability across all functions.

Identify training needs and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Collaborate with senior leadership to align team goals with broader business objectives.

Analyse customer feedback and sales data to inform decision-making and drive improvements.

Champion a proactive, customer-first approach across all touchpoints. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Sales Growth:

Increase in revenue generated through telesales and inbound customer channels.

Customer Satisfaction:

Improvement in service ratings and resolution times.

Team Productivity:

Achievement of call targets, order accuracy, and response times.

Retention & Engagement:

Reduction in staff turnover and improvement in team morale.
