We are an award-winning Ecommerce software company seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager Enterprise Level to join our expanding team at the Cobalt Business Park in Newcastle upon Tyne. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth by acquiring strategic enterprise-level clients to utilise our services.

As an integral part of our leadership team, you'll be accountable for the success of our Enterprise division. The overall Sales team was restructured earlier this year and you'll be managing the Enterprise Business Development Managers and working closely with our Commercial Director. Your expertise will be crucial in driving the strategy for the Enterprise team, building strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive success. We expect someone to lead from the front and you will have a personal target to work towards as well as accountability for the overall team targets.

We anticipate that this role will primarily be field-based, attending client meetings across the UK and relevant industry events but our preference is for candidates who live within commuting distance of the office in order to attend the office when not on the road.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Activities:

Drive revenue growth through proactive outbound sales and strategic prospecting initiatives, building and managing a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed targets. We expect someone to manage all stages of the sales journey from data sourcing through to close.

Networking:

Conducting client visits and attending industry events to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities

Targeted Outreach:

Develop and execute outreach strategies to identify and engage potential customers.

Strategic Sales Planning

: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting enterprise-level clients to achieve revenue goals.

New Business Growth

: Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.

Solution Selling

: Articulate the value proposition of our eCommerce solutions, demonstrating and articulating how our platform addresses specific client challenges within Google Shopping, demonstrating our services through demonstrations of the platform - both in person and online.

Market Analysis

: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Reporting & Forecasting

: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts, providing regular updates to the director team.

Management Duties

Running team meetings, review meetings, coaching & development of team members and when necessary performance management and any other duties deemed necessary to your role.

Skills & Experience:



Successful candidates will have:

Proven experience in an enterprise level sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Existing knowledge and experience of working with clients in the retail or ecommerce sector
Our ideal candidate will also have:

Management experience in an enterprise-level role Experience of working within a digital marketing agency Existing relationships with retailers to be able to hit the ground running

Competitive Salary

: 40,000 to 45,000 basic depending on experience

OTE

120,000 - uncapped earning potential!
