The right candidate will have a keen passion for the sales dynamics, possess the ability to nurture client relationships, and have the commitment to steer the team towards achieving set sales objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth
Promote and sell products and services to prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Prepare timely and accurate reports on sales performance
Liaise with the marketing department to understand the trends and customer needs
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to promote repeat business
Train and guide the sales team to develop their skills once you have developed the skills, improve performance and advance personal growth
Qualifications:
No experience needed as you start from the beginning and we provide the training necessary
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry is preferred not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Data-driven decision-making skill and a good understanding of sales strategies
Excellent leadership skills to lead a dedicated sales team
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation with a 'can do' attitude
