This role focuses on selling waste management solutions, including capital equipment, across commercial and industrial sectors (Mine & Minerals & Environmental Waste). The ideal candidate will be a hunter that can help meet the growth plans, proactive, and experienced in managing a sales pipeline.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within the waste management industry.
  • Focus on selling waste and chemical solutions with a commercial and industrial target market.
  • Work independently with full autonomy to manage workload and schedule.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, with an initial 80/20 split between new business and account management.
  • Meet aggressive growth targets, increasing revenue from xc2xa310 million to xc2xa330 million in the UK market.
  • xc2xa32 Million Individual Annual Target.
  • Sell products with an average order value between xc2xa3500 to xc2xa31.5 million.
  • Maintain CRM records to track sales progress and customer interactions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments for sales support and training.
  • Participate in remote and on-the-road sales activities, with a flexible work schedule tailored to personal preference.
Qualification & Experience:
  • Proven experience in capital sales, preferably in waste management Mine & Mineral or Environmental Waste.
  • Strong understanding of waste and recycling technologies.
  • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work on national-level sales, managing client relationships and business development.
  • Comfortable with a flexible schedule, balancing remote work, office-based duties, and travel.
