We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Duties
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organisational targets
Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to maximise performance and productivity
Manage daily operations of the sales department, including setting goals and monitoring progress
Oversee merchandising activities to ensure product presentation aligns with brand standards
Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and phone etiquette
Organise training programmes for team members to enhance their sales techniques and product knowledge
Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Coordinate with other departments such as marketing and logistics to streamline processes
Maintain organisational records related to sales activities and client interactions
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Experience
Proven management experience within retail or sales environments, ideally in a supervisory role
Demonstrable success in managing teams, with strong leadership qualities
Extensive background in sales management, including developing strategies and achieving targets
Experience in merchandising, organisational planning, and administrative tasks
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in phone etiquette
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging diverse customer bases
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Previous experience in retail management or related fields is preferred but not essential; leadership qualities are paramount
