Role Overview:



We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset and a proven track record in sales and the ability in driving revenue growth while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.

Identify new market opportunities and expand our customer base.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Analyse sales data to inform decision-making and forecast future sales trends.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.

Engage with community healthcare providers across the sector to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities within the community healthcare sector.

Qualifications:



Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales

Strong team collaboration skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to travel as required.

Experience working with community healthcare providers and a solid understanding of their operational dynamics.
