My client is a fast-growing, performance-led business transforming how investment properties are bought and sold. They're seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead a team of outbound sales reps and drive a culture built on standards, accountability, and results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, coach, and manage a team of outbound sales reps
- Lead daily meetings, training, and performance reviews
- Drive KPIs: calls, conversions, offers, revenue
- Enforce sales systems, scripts, and standards
- Challenge underperformance and build a high-output culture
- Collaborate with leadership to evolve sales processes
- Experience leading outbound sales teams in target-driven environments (e.g., B2B sales, high-ticket closers, auctions, utilities, home improvement)
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a direct, high-energy style
- A focus on data, goals, and discipline
- Thick skin, sharp instincts, and zero tolerance for excuses
