Salary - OTE upwards of 50,000 pa (un-capped)

To be successful in this role you will have;

A proven track record in automotive sales either as a Sales Manager or a Senior Sales Executive. Good business and commercial understanding. A positive and forward thinking work ethic. The skills and experience to lead and inspire a team. A proactive and organised approach. Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working as part of a team in a target driven environment, supporting both shared and personal objectives.

You duties will include;

Enhancing the sales and profitability of new and used vehicles and related products. Effectively motivate and support other members of the sales team to reach expected targets. Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service. EMG Sales Managers work flexible schedules, including weekends and bank holidays (on a rota basis), to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.
