Position Overview:
The Sales Manager will report directly to the Head of Sales, supporting them in managing the GTM team for Serviceware Financial. The individual will be responsible for overseeing a team of Account Executives and SDRs within Serviceware's international team. This role involves driving strategic initiatives to enhance sales execution as well as lead generation and pipeline growth across Serviceware's core markets. This will require visionary leadership, strategic planning, and a deep understanding of enterprise service management and IT financial management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Development:
+ Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing sales and sales development team.
+ Directly manage Account Executives as well as the SDR team, setting and tracking performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
+ Set ambitious goals and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with sales and company objectives.
+ Foster a collaborative and motivating environment to improve team performance and morale.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
+ Collaborate closely with extended teams to support lead generation and sales. Including but not limited to marketing, pre-sales, post sales etc.
+ Partner with leadership to align sales efforts with long-term strategic goals.
+ Act as a key stakeholder in strategic planning sessions, contributing insights to go to market plans.
Performance Management & Reporting:
+ Establish robust reporting and analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
+ Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, challenges, and strategic initiatives.
+ Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize Sales and SDR processes.
Market Expertise:
+ Maintain a deep understanding of Serviceware's products, services, and competitive landscape.
+ Stay informed on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
What you have to offer
Experience:
+ Proven track record in a sales or business development role, ideally within the software or IT services industry.
+ Previous experience managing a team of AE's in a high velocity domain.
+ Experience within the DACH region is advantageous.
Skills:
+ Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
+ Strong analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
+ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales tools.
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Language:
+ Fluency in English, and German is a plus.
