The Head of Steam has a very exciting and brand-new role for a passionate Sales Manager to work within our Leeds Park Row venue.

The Main Purpose of this Role

Are you an engaging, enthusiastic, targets driven sales professional; with some experience in the Hospitality Industry, looking to be part of a new exciting project in Leeds City Centre?

The main purpose of this role is to maximise and grow pre-booked sales across this new multifunctional Bar which opens on Leeds Park Row. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all reservations, bookings and events. They shall be tasked with pro-actively driving new business into the Bar through identifying and building key local relationships; as well as ensuring all daily reservations and enquiries are converted efficiently.

Key Tasks:

Hit all Weekly Sales Targets. Complete & Deliver all Sales Planning as and when required. Collate any weekly sales and activity reports. Conduct Business development in the local area and hold new business meetings both on site and off site. Social Media experience is required. Post regular content on all social media platforms in a bid to reach sales targets. Coordinate and oversee client functions to ensure customer satisfaction. Build and maintain key corporate and local relationships. Convert all enquiries. Impeccable communication and organisational skills. Have fantastic customer service skills and phone manner. Conduct pro-active sales tasks. Represent the brand professionally and with confidence.

Experience in the sales and business development arena. Hospitality and Leisure experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate. Sound references and a track record of hitting sales targets, and building strong relationships.
