As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a driven Sales Manager to join our team and help grow our sales function.

The Role:
As Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
Developing new business and expanding our client base for generator systems, services and solutions.
Managing the full sales cycle: identifying prospects, qualifying leads, preparing proposals, negotiating, and closing deals.
Working closely with internal teams (technical, operations, service) to deliver tailored generator power solutions.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, specifiers, contractors, and supply-chain partners.
Achieving agreed sales targets and growth plans; reporting on pipeline, forecasts and market activity.
Supporting the expansion of the sales team, contributing to recruitment, training and development as the team grows.
What We're Looking For:
Proven B2B sales experience (ideally in technical or equipment solutions: generators, power systems, plant hire, engineering equipment).
Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to engage at senior stakeholder levels.
Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the territory.
Ideally technical understanding of generator/power systems -- though training will be provided for non-technical sales professionals with the right attitude.
