We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to expand our sales function within the utility connections sector. This role is key in identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and securing deals with clients requiring utility connection services. You will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, increasing market share, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business by identifying and following up on leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Close sales deals for utility connections.
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
Promote and present services to potential clients via meetings, calls, and digital communications.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within utilities, telecoms, property, or a related industry.
Strong B2B or B2C sales skills with a track record of closing deals and meeting targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously, using a strategic and organised approach.
Self-motivated, results-focused, and capable of working independently.
