, you will be responsible for leading the commercial strategy in London and surrounding areas. You'll manage key retail and wholesale accounts, grow new business, and support a motivated team to exceed targets in one of the most competitive FMCG markets in the UK.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of field sales reps across United Kingdom
Develop and execute a growth-focused sales strategy.
Drive new business across retail, wholesale, convenience, and hospitality sectors.
Manage and grow key customer accounts and strategic partnerships.
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Track market trends and competitor activity to remain competitive.
Ensure customer satisfaction and uphold strong brand presence across all channels.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in sales management, ideally in the
soft drinks
,
FMCG
, or
food & beverage
sector.
Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of the London retail and wholesale market.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Greater London and the South East.
Familiarity with CRM tools and strong Microsoft Office skills.
