Service & Maintenance Revenue Division

-- and we're looking for a driven

Sales Manager

to lead the charge.

directly with the company directors

to shape and grow this vital part of the business, driving revenue, building service plans, and creating long-term recurring income.

Your Mission:

Grow service and maintenance revenue across our homeowner customer base. Develop and roll out

service plan and direct debit strategies

to increase customer retention and recurring income. Lead, motivate, and build a high-performing sales team focused on results. Collaborate with directors to plan, execute, and deliver on ambitious growth targets. Identify and maximise opportunities for

upselling, cross-selling

, and improved customer lifetime value.

What We're Looking For:

A

proven track record

of increasing service or maintenance-based revenue. Hands-on experience setting up and managing

service plans and direct debits

. A

motivated, can-do attitude
