We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market presence in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the renewable energy market.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
