Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Researching potential new clients e.g. architects, project managers, property developers
Outbound calls to generate new enquiries.
Identifying new business opportunities.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales tactics.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market insights for senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the construction or consultancy industry.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client engagement.
Familiarity with Zoho or similar CRM tools is advantageous.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
