The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Holcim as a Sales Manager at our new Tilbury Cement Terminal, our flagship import and manufacturing facility on the River Thames.

Tilbury represents the future of sustainable construction, designed from the ground up for circularity and decarbonisation, it's where materials meet purpose.

Here, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing Holcim's low carbon cement solutions to the South East market, supporting a facility that's reshaping how building materials are made, moved and delivered across the UK.

You'll develop and deliver commercial plans, identify opportunities for growth, and work closely with supply chain, operations, and logistics teams to ensure excellent customer service from plant to project. Collaboration is at the heart of what we do, you'll partner with colleagues across Holcim to share insights, improve processes and help position Tilbury as a benchmark for innovation and sustainability in the UK materials sector. You'll have the autonomy to shape your approach, supported by a company that values initiative, inclusion, and continuous learning. Success in this role means more than hitting targets, it's about building lasting relationships, contributing to Holcim's mission to decarbonise construction, and helping establish Tilbury as a cornerstone of that journey.

Who you are

You're a relationship focused sales professional who enjoys connecting with customers and creating value through collaboration and insight. You bring strong commercial awareness and an ability to match technical solutions to client needs, helping them achieve both performance and sustainability goals. You're confident managing priorities in a fast evolving environment and thrive on teamwork, curiosity, and shared success. Experience within the construction materials or industrial sectors will help you make an immediate impact, but above all, you're motivated by the opportunity to help shape a more sustainable built environment at one of Holcim's most exciting facilities.

We are committed to building a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. You will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or age.
