We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales through effective telemarketing strategies for telecom products and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce. Duties
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our client base.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions within Salesforce or other CRM software.
Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
Experience
Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in telemarketing industry.
Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and best practices.
Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM software for managing client relationships.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
